Art Connects Women 2020
Application are now open for Art Connects Women’s International Exhibition 2020!
Artists can submit their applications; our curatorial team will announce the selected artists in December 2019.
The theme will be unveiled in January 2020.
Artists will have one month to prepare their artwork for final submission in February 2020.

- Exhibition Brief:
ZeeArts aims to hold the largest Women’s Art Exhibition to date by reaching out to women artists from all walks of life and from across the globe to exhibit on the same platform in Dubai. The artists will be invited to galvanize a body of work (Painting, sculpture, Installation, or assemblage under the theme which will be announce in January 2020
- Curators:
We have a curatorial panel that will review all applications. Final decision will be announced by 5th January 2020. We will select only one artist from each country.
- Exhibition Theme: #EachforEqual
An equal world is an enabled world.
Individually, we’re all responsible for our own thoughts and actions – all day, every day.
We can actively choose to challenge stereotypes, fight bias, broaden perceptions, improve situations and celebrate women’s achievements.
Collectively, each one of us can help create a gender equal world.

- Deadline for Application
We will not accept any application after 31st December 2019.
All application should be strictly made online through the website
- Technical artwork Details:
Each artist will have the right to exhibit one piece of Art
Artwork should not exceed 100 x 100 cm (Painting)
Sculpture or Installation will be taken into consideration on case basis
As per the UAE Federal law no nude or aggressive images will not be accepted to display during the exhibition. Artwork should be ready to hang/display.
- Artists not Traveling
Artists is responsible to courier their artwork to and back from Dubai if you are not traveling to Dubai.
Artwork should reach Dubai by 2nd March 2020 for those not traveling to Dubai.
- Dismantle of Exhibition
The Exhibition will be closed on 8th March 2020, Artists should arrange to collect your artwork on 9th March from 7h00- 9h00 pm at One&Only Royal Mirage.
We will not keep any artwork or be responsible for any artwork after the show* This is an important note.
Artist are responsible to pack their artwork back.
Artist who want us to ship their artwork should make the payment in advance, and we will arrange to ship it back.
- Sale of artwork
ZeeArts will take 15% commission on the sales of artwork
- Airline Partner and Hotel
We will announce our airline and hostel partner in January where artists can have a promo code. Artists traveling will their family will also benefit from the same.
Art Connects Women is one of the largest woman exhibition aiming to bring 100 women from all over the world (Europe, Africa, Americas, Middle East, Oceania and Asia) together to celebrate the International Women’s Day and to provide a great opportunity to have an international exposure. The selected artists will be the ambassador of their country and will be featured in the Women artists around the World- 2nd Edition Art Book.
